Performance Analysis for Dog Trainers Course

This course, Performance Analysis for Dog Trainers, was created for my Analysis of Performance and Instructional Systems course and represents the full translation of a semester's worth of performance analysis frameworks. I selected this artifact because it is the culmination of my work in this class and encapsulates all three pillars of my practice: awareness, intention, and compassion. This course epitomizes the learner-centered, evidence-based approach that summarizes my training philosophy. By incorporating the front-end analysis, job task analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and the entire client report, this course will hopefully close the gap identified in the front end analysis and make meaningful change within the clients’ organization.
