Evaluation Plan

This Formative Evaluation Plan, developed with my team for the Design of Performance and Instructional Systems class, outlines a two-phase evaluation strategy for the New Leash on Life mobile app. Starting with a subject-matter expert review and followed by a dog guardian pilot, our evaluation plan uses a thoughtfully sequenced set of instruments including feedback surveys, in-course self-evaluations, reaction surveys, and success story collection. To fulfill all levels in the Kirkpatrick model, a six-month follow-up survey will determine whether adopted dogs remained in the home and calculate ROI. I selected this artifact because it demonstrates my intention to close the design loop and focus on the E in the ADDIE model.
