Client Report

This Client Report, titled DTC Skill Assessment Alignment, is a comprehensive performance improvement analysis conducted for the Victoria Stilwell Academy, a previous employer, and represents the full application of the IDT skillset I developed during my Analysis of Performance and Instructional Systems class. From front-end and cause analysis using the HPT and Mager & Pipe Models, to job task analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and evidence-based solution recommendations, this artifact serves as a complete expression of all three pillars of my practice: the awareness identify a gap, the intention to design data-driven recommendations that align with both organizational goals and learner needs, and the compassion to advocate for both students and Faculty Advisors whose experiences and frustrations were at the root of the problem. This project was a turning point in my development as an instructional designer — working on a real challenge within my previous organization made every framework, model, and theory from my coursework feel immediately purposeful.
